Ski area Kaprun Zell am See

The Kaprun Zell am See ski area consists of more than 140 kilometers of slopes that reach an altitude of 3,029 meters. In winter sports region is particularly snow-sure thanks to the glacier.Skilifts open very early in the season on the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Somewhat later also the ultramodern sklifts on the Maiskogel (1675 m) and the Schmittenhöhe (2000 m) open. From December 2019, the Maiskogel is directly connected to the ski area of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier by a brand new gondola.
