The Chalet
Chalet Maiskogel Kaprun is situated ON the piste of the Maiskogel mountain (ski in, ski out) which is connected with the 3K K-onnection gondola to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.The chalet consists of 2 luxurious apartments with all the comfort that you can dream of. Each apartment with it’s own entrance can house 9 to 11 persons. On it’s own or together the chalets can accomodate large groups and families and still provide the privacy that you would expect.

To sleep
Both apartments have 4 bedrooms, all with a comfortable large double bed and 1 with an extra bunk bed. The bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty space for storage and their own flat screen TV. The apartments have a large corner sofa in the living room that can be used as a (2 person) sofa bed.
Sauna
Each apartment has 2 bath rooms with (double) sinks, a shower and a toilet. In 1 bathroom you also find a washing machine. In the hallway an additional toilet is situated. The garden apartment has extra a traditional private sauna.
Kitchen and living room
The open kitchen, with Austrian seating area, is fully and luxuriously furnished, with ceramic cooking plates, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, Senseo, Nespresso machine, etc.
You can always relax in the living room with spacious sitting area where you can enjoy the view of the Kitzsteinhorn. The children have also been thought of, for them there are a number of board games and a PS 5 available.
WIFI
Of course, both chalets have free wifi in all rooms available
Floor heating
Floor heating is present throughout the whole apartment. Temperatures can be controlled separately in each room.
Balcony/terrace
From the apartments you can walk onto the furnished balcony or the terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular views on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and the Kaprun village.
Ski Storage room
The ski storage room is also heated and can be locked.
Parking
Each apartment has 2 parking lots.
Kaprun
A car ride of 2 minutes or a 15 minutes walk brings you to the centre of the Kaprun village. Kaprun is a small village, but has all the facilities you might look for: supermarkets, shops (sports, fashion), restaurants, cafes and bars. In summary Chalet Maiskogel Kaprun has a lot to offer and combines privacy, luxurious comfort with the proximity of the touristic centre!
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the chalet.
